Application Form and Cost

An application form is in the First Communion pamphlet available from the Parish Office or from the back of the church.
No one should think they are unable to prepare for First Communion (and First Reconciliation) because they cannot afford it.  But these programmes do need funding. There is a considerable outlay from parish funds for books, videos, materials etc.
Thus we would suggest a donation of £30.00 for the whole process. If you are able to give more to fund those who are less well off than yourselves that will be gratefully received. If you prefer, you may donate £15 with your application and then £15 at the first meeting. Please enclose your donation with the application form.

Please detach the application form and keep the rest of the pamphlet for your reference and return the completed application form with your donation, to the Parish Office at your earliest convenience.
Please tick which set you wish to take part in. Only complete forms with baptism certificates will be accepted as having booked a place. Click here for details of Reconciliation programme.
